Your analysts' workspace. The dashboard is where cases are claimed, reviewed across every dimension of the assessment, and decided under the completeness gate.
The case queue
Initiated
Applications created but not yet submitted.
Unassigned
Submitted and waiting for an owner, with one-click self-claim.
Under review
Cases currently being worked.
Rejected
Declined applications.
Account views cover the post-decision population: active, hold, dormant, and closed. Separate views track deadlines and past-due deadlines, and a notification bell surfaces new submissions and assignments so work is discovered without polling.
Reviewing a case
Each application opens into a set of tabs.
Tab
What it gives the analyst
Overview
Headline verdict, key facts, and any escalation reasons.
Application data
Everything the applicant submitted, section by section.
Documents
The required-document checklist with status, classified uploads viewable in place, and a one-click request for anything missing, which reopens the form for the applicant.
Ownership (UBO)
The beneficial-ownership tree, with per-node screening.
Sanctions
Screening results per related party, with per-hit confirm / false positive / mark reviewed disposition and a warning when results are stale.
Sanctions details
The full match record behind a hit.
Adverse media
Media findings with per-source relevance annotation, plus re-screen.
Adverse media cases
Findings grouped into cases for review across parties.
Risk evaluation
The rating and class, the per-category breakdown, the analyst sign-off panel, per-category override with a mandatory reason, and re-evaluate.
Notes
Internal case notes, with optional reminders.
Compliance report
A branded, exportable PDF of the full assessment.
History
The case’s activity trail.
Manage application
Admins only: access lock, reissue the sign-in link, manage members, change the intake pair.
Decision
Approve, reject, hold, or request information, under the completeness gate and maker-checker.
Making a decision
The Decision panel shows a readiness summary: every gate that must pass before approval, and which ones currently do not. An analyst proposes an approval, moving the case to Pending approval; a different admin countersigns. Rejections, holds, and information requests apply directly.
The gate is enforced, not advisory
The readiness summary reflects the same conditions the platform enforces. An approval that does not meet them cannot be recorded, whoever attempts it. The full list is in Onboarding lifecycle.
Screening dispositions are covered in Screening, and the sign-off and override mechanics behind the risk evaluation tab in Risk rating.
